Train for the next thirty years

Strength is the currency of aging well. We design training for adults 40 to 90+ who want to carry their own luggage, play their sports, and get off the floor without a second thought — for decades.

The gym designed by people who’ve seen what happens without it

After age 50, adults lose muscle and power every year they don’t actively train it — and that loss, not age itself, is what takes away stairs, golf, gardening, and independence. Our therapists have spent careers rehabbing the fractures and falls at the end of that road. This program exists to keep you off it.

Training with a clinical safety net

Every longevity program starts with a movement and strength assessment and is built around your health history — arthritis, joint replacements, osteoporosis, heart health. Then we train, progressively and for real:

  • Strength — because sarcopenia is optional, and heavy-enough lifting is the treatment
  • Power — the quickness to catch yourself, developed safely
  • Balance — trained like the skill it is, not an afterthought
  • Mobility — the hips, shoulders, and spine that make everything else possible

The difference from a regular gym: your coach is a licensed physical therapist. Flare-ups get handled in-session, exercises get modified intelligently, and nothing about your health history scares us.

The long-term home after physical therapy

This is where “graduating from PT” stops meaning “goodbye.” Finish your insurance-covered rehab, then continue in the same building with periodic movement checkups and a plan that keeps progressing — with therapists who already know your knee’s whole story. Many members train here for years — it’s the continuity that inspired everything the Performance Lab has become.
